1. General Information
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store. We are based in Sweden and operate within the European Union. Products are fulfilled via Printful using a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is custom-made upon order.
According to EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) and the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Because all our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
2. No Returns for Incorrect Size or Change of Mind
Since each item is produced uniquely for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind after the order
- Choosing an incorrect variant
- Wanting a different colour/design after purchase
Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
In accordance with EU consumer protection rules and Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), customers have the right to receive goods that:
- Match the product description
- Are free from defects
- Are delivered in the agreed condition
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, you are entitled to a replacement at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us at ice.moto125@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the defect
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement with our print-on-demand partner. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost during shipping or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost.
5. Returns Without Prior Authorization
We do not accept physical returns unless specifically authorized. Unauthorized returns will not result in a refund.
